Return and refund policy
We offer a 14-day return period from the day you receive your item.
Return conditions
- unused and in new condition
- with all original tags and labels attached
- in its original packaging (e.g., shoe box or protective bag)
Please handle the item carefully when trying it on.
How to make a return
- Use the included return label (valid for Sweden, Denmark and Finland). You do not need to contact us in advance if you use it.
- Missing a return label? Contact us at info@stenstromsstore.com.
- Please use the same packaging the item was delivered in, if possible.
- Drop off the parcel at your nearest postal service point according to the instructions on the return label.

- Sweden, Denmark and Finland: 99 SEK (deducted from the refund)
- Other EU countries: Returns are made at your own expense unless otherwise stated
- In-store returns (Helsingborg): Free of charge
Exchanges
For exchanges, please place a new order for the item you wish to receive.
Once the order is placed, send an email to info@stenstromsstore.com and include your order number and that it concerns an exchange.
For exchanges, no return fee is charged. The 99 SEK fee applies only to standard returns.
Claims
If you wish to make a claim for an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact us via email before returning the item.
Email info@stenstromsstore.com and include your order number, photos of the issue and a brief description.
Uncollected parcels
Parcels that are not collected from the service point and therefore returned to us incur an administrative fee of 200 SEK.
This fee covers shipping, handling and administrative costs and will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that an uncollected parcel is not considered a return. If you wish to return an item, you must first collect the parcel and then follow our return policy.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send a confirmation via email.
If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used at checkout within 10 business days.
