Return and refund policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to return an item.
Conditions for returns
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- All original tags and labels must be attached
- The item must be returned in its original packaging (e.g. shoe box or protective bag)
Please handle all items with care when trying them on.
How to make a return
- Use the included return label (available for Sweden, Denmark, and Finland). You do not need to contact us in advance when using it.
- If no return label was included, please contact us at info@stenstromsstore.com.
- Whenever possible, use the same packaging that your order arrived in.
- Drop off the parcel at your nearest service point following the instructions on the return label.

- Sweden, Denmark & Finland: 99 SEK (deducted from your refund)
- Other EU countries: Returns are at your own expense unless otherwise stated
- Returns made directly in our store in Helsingborg: Free of charge
Complaints
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us by email before sending anything back.
Email info@stenstromsstore.com and include your order number, photos of the issue, and a short description.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation by email.
If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your confirmation and no refund has appeared, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you.
