Return and refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days to return an item from the time you receive it.

Conditions for returns

For the return to be approved, the item must be:

  • unused and in new condition

  • with all the notes left

  • in original packaging

How to make a return

  • You do not need to contact us before returning , as long as you use the enclosed return form .
  • If the return label is missing, please contact us at info@stenstromsstore.com
  • Please use the same packaging in which the item was delivered.

  • Submit the return to the nearest post office according to the instructions on the return slip.

Return cost

  • Sweden: Return via agent/parcel box: SEK 99 (deducted upon refund).
  • Rest of the EU:
  • Return directly to the store in Helsingborg: free of charge .

Complaints

If you want to complain about an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect, you should contact us via email before returning the item.
Email info@stenstromsstore.com with your order number, pictures of the error and a short description.

Refund

Once we have received and checked the return, we will send a confirmation via email.
If the return is approved, a refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase, within 10 business days .
