Delivery area

We deliver to all EU countries . We do not ship to countries outside the EU.

Orders are placed via www.stenstromsstore.se.

Prices

All prices are stated in SEK (Swedish kronor) or EUR (euro) including VAT.
The price that applies is the one stated at the time of purchase.
Any shipping costs will be displayed before you confirm your purchase.
If you pay with a foreign card, the final amount may vary slightly depending on the exchange rate and any bank fees.

Payment

We work with Klarna as a payment partner. You can choose between:

  • Card payment (Visa / Mastercard)

  • Klarna Invoice (30 day payment period)

  • Klarna Part payment

Payment is handled securely via Klarna. Stenströms Store never saves any card details. Minors (under 18 years of age) are not allowed to make purchases.

Shipping fees

  • Sweden: Free shipping on purchases over 499 SEK . For orders under 499 SEK, a shipping fee of 69 SEK will be added.

  • EU (excluding Sweden): Free shipping on purchases over 1499 SEK . For orders under 1499 SEK, a shipping fee of 149 SEK will be added.

Deliveries are made via PostNord or another cooperating carrier depending on the country.

Delivery time

We normally ship orders within 1–2 business days .
Orders received on holidays will be processed the following business day .
Delivery time within Sweden is normally 1–3 working days , within the EU 3–7 working days .

Shipment tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with delivery confirmation and tracking number , so you can easily follow your package via www.postnord.se .

Delivery approval

Please check the package upon receipt.
If the packaging is damaged, please note this immediately upon delivery and notify us immediately at info@stenstromsstore.com . If you suspect that the contents are damaged, you can also refuse to receive the package.

Right of exchange / open purchase

We follow the Swedish Consumer Agency's rules for e-commerce.
You have 14 days to return the purchase from the date you receive the item.
The product must be unused, with all tags still attached and in its original packaging.
When exchanging, you are responsible for the return shipping to us, we are responsible for the shipping of the new item to you.

Offers and promotions

When returning goods that were part of a campaign, any discounts will cease to apply.
Example: If you return an item from an offer such as “Buy 2 – get 1 for half price”, the discount will be adjusted based on the remaining items in the order.

Complaints

If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact us before returning the item via email to info@stenstromsstore.com Describe the error and please attach pictures.
Complaints are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
