Delivery Area

We deliver to all EU countries. We currently do not ship outside the EU.
Orders are placed through www.stenstromsstore.se.

Prices

All prices are listed in SEK (Swedish Krona) or EUR (Euro) and include VAT according to the tax rate of the destination country.
The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of purchase.
Any applicable return fees are listed below.
When paying with a foreign card, the final amount may vary slightly depending on exchange rate and potential bank fees.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and Klarna. You can choose between several secure payment options:

• Card payment (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• Apple Pay / Google Pay (via Shopify Payments)
• Klarna Invoice (30 days payment period)
• Klarna Instalments
• Klarna Pay Now (direct bank transfer)

All transactions are encrypted and handled by our payment providers. Stenströms Store never stores any card details.
Customers under the age of 18 must have parental consent to make a purchase.

Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of order value or destination within the EU.
Deliveries are handled by PostNord or another trusted carrier depending on destination country.

Delivery Time

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.
Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days within Sweden, 3–7 business days within the EU.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a shipping confirmation and tracking number, allowing you to follow your parcel via www.postnord.se.

Pick Up in Store

When selecting “Pick up in store”, your order will normally be ready within 1 business day.
You will receive an email once your order is ready for collection at Stortorget 12, Helsingborg.
Orders must be collected within 7 days of confirmation. If the order is not collected within this period, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund to the original payment method.

Returns

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order.
The item must be unused, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging.

Returns from Sweden, Denmark and Finland can be made using the included return label. A return fee of 99 SEK will be deducted from your refund.
A return label is always included in the shipment for these countries.

Customers in other EU countries cover their own return shipping costs and are asked to use their local PostNord or DPD service point.

Offers and Promotions

When returning an item that was part of a promotion, any discounts or offers may be adjusted.
Example: If you return an item from a “Buy 2 – Get 1 Half Price” campaign, the discount will be recalculated based on the remaining items in your order.

Stock Availability

We reserve the right for out-of-stock items, incorrect stock levels, price adjustments, and possible typographical or image errors.
If an item you ordered is out of stock or unavailable, you will be contacted by email. In such cases, the full amount including any shipping cost will be refunded.

Our Right to Cancel an Order

Stenströms Store reserves the right to cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect price information, technical errors, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If an order is cancelled, the full amount will be refunded to the same payment method used at purchase.

Complaints

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us by email before returning it.
Email info@stenstromsstore.com with a description of the issue and photos if possible.
Complaints are handled in accordance with EU consumer protection law. You are entitled to file a complaint within three years, and defects reported within six months are presumed to have existed at the time of delivery unless proven otherwise.

Personal Data

We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The information you provide is used solely to handle your order, delivery, and any return or complaint.
